BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF TO LIVE

Consider applying to the Board of Directors of TO Live, which oversees the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, Meridian Hall, and the Meridian Arts Centre.

MOSS PARK ARENA BOARD
Do you live downtown and want to support recreation in your local community? The City of Toronto is looking for residents with a background in fundraising, law, marketing, or non-profit sector experience to join the Moss Park Arena board. The board helps to support safe, full, and equitable access to the Moss Park Arena while also overseeing the finances and general operations of the facility.

ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY TRIBUNAL
Do you have a background in adjudication and mediation? The Administrative Penalty Tribunal (APT) provides an independent review of administrative penalties given for parking, licensing, and traffic by-law infractions. APT members review the decisions of Screening Officers and have the authority to affirm, reduce, or cancel administrative penalties based on the merits of the case. APT is looking for 13 members including a Chair. Hearings and business meetings will take place weekdays during business hours. Public members will be required to conduct hearings approximately 2-3 days per week. Remuneration is provided.

LEASIDE MEMORIAL COMMUNITY GARDENS ARENA BOARD
The City is seeking residents with skills or experience in HR, building or systems management, or accounting to join the Leaside Memorial Community Gardens Arena Board. The Leaside Memorial Community Gardens Arena Board is one of eight indoor ice arenas operated by a board of management. They provide indoor ice facilities to local neighbourhood citizens, organizations and user groups. The Leaside Memorial Arena Board generally meets monthly at the arena.

SIGN VARIANCE COMMITTEE
The City is currently seeking applications from community-minded, engaged, and enthusiastic Toronto residents to join the Sign Variance Committee. The Sign Variance Committee hears appeals of the Chief Building Official's decisions on variance applications for first party signs and makes decisions on variance applications for third party signs. Public meetings are generally scheduled six times a year depending on the application volume. Meetings are held at Toronto City Hall. Remuneration is provided.
