Park Maintenance Issue? Contact 311!

I'm proud to announce that you can now submit service requests for park maintenance through 311. For the longest time, many issues in parks required our office and residents reporting directly to City staff, which was not the easiest process, especially for residents who weren't already connected. Now you can use the web, mobile app or call 311 to report broken benches, full litter bins, and more to help the City keep parks clean, safe and beautiful.

What types of service requests for parks can be submitted to 311?

Maintenance for park amenities like playgrounds, washrooms, dog parks, benches, gardens, grass, beaches, sports fields, stadiums, lights and signs; and/or report issues with animals, plants, litter, graffiti and bylaw violations.

How can you track your 311 service request for a park?

You will receive a service request number and timeframes for completion including an option to request updates by email or text message. Learn more on the City’s Create a Service Request webpage.

The City of Toronto’s Identify ‘N Impact community grant helps promote youth engagement and community safety by providing up to $17K for youth-led (15-29) initiatives that help with violence prevention, mental health and well-being, skills development, arts and youth-friendly spaces. Applications are now open until September 15 at 12:00pm.

Biidaasige Park is Bigger, Better and more Beautiful!
